1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using TracFi (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. TracFi is published by 21Kent, Medan, Indonesia.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use TracFi. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the authority to agree to these Terms.
3. Service Description
TracFi is a personal finance management tool for recording accounts, transactions, bills, budgets, savings goals, credit cards, and displaying reports and balance projections. The App relies on data you enter manually and is not connected to any bank account.
4. User Accounts
To use TracFi, you sign in using a Google account (Google Sign-In) or register with an email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
5. Premium Subscription & Payment
TracFi offers Premium features through paid subscriptions (e.g. Monthly and Annual plans) processed via Google Play Billing. • Payment is charged to your Google Play account upon purchase confirmation. • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. • Cancellation is done through Google Play subscription settings; Premium access remains until the end of the paid period. • Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy. • Prices may change; changes will be communicated before taking effect and will not affect the current period.
6. Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TracFi for lawful personal finance management purposes.
7. Prohibitions
You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (b) use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes; (c) interfere with, damage, or overload our services and infrastructure; (d) copy, sell, or redistribute the App without permission.
8. User Content & Data
All financial data you enter belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide services to you (e.g. sync, reports, backup). You may export or delete your data at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, interface, logos, the "TracFi" and "21Kent" brand, and its code and content, is owned by 21Kent and protected by intellectual property law. No rights are transferred to you beyond the limited use license in these Terms.
10. Disclaimer (Not Financial Advice)
TracFi is a financial recording and planning tool, NOT a consulting, investment advisory, or professional financial service. Projections, "Safe to Spend", and reports are estimates that depend entirely on the accuracy of the data you enter. Financial decisions are entirely your responsibility. The App is provided "as is" without any warranty.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, 21Kent is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the App, including data loss or financial decisions you make. We are also not liable for third-party service failures (e.g. Google, Firebase).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 21Kent from claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop at any time by deleting your data and ceasing use of the App. Provisions that by their nature survive (e.g. intellectual property, limitation of liability) will continue after termination.
14. Service & Terms Changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue App features, and revise these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably; if not achieved, it shall be resolved through the applicable legal mechanisms in Indonesia.
