1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading and using Rekap Pintar, you're considered to have agreed to these terms of service. If any part of it doesn't sit right with you, we'd rather you not continue using the App — or better yet, reach out to us directly at hi@21kent.com. We're open to hearing your feedback.
2. Permitted Use
Rekap Pintar is built to help you record and manage business receipts/transactions legally. You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the app yourself.
3. Data Ownership
All receipt and transaction data you input is entirely yours. 21Kent never claims ownership over your business data, in any form.
4. Advertising
The free version of Rekap Pintar displays interstitial ads (Google AdMob) at certain points — for example after a number of entries, saving a report, or exporting a CSV — with a minimum 5-minute gap between ads. Your first 50 entries are entirely ad-free.
5. Subscriptions & Premium Purchases
The "Remove Ads" feature is available via a monthly subscription (Rp9,000/month) or a one-time lifetime purchase (Rp49,000), processed by RevenueCat and Google Play Billing. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel. Cancellation can be done anytime via Google Play Store > Subscriptions, or the "Manage Subscription" button in the app. Lifetime purchases need no cancellation and apply forever to the same Google Play account.
6. Limitation of Liability
We provide Rekap Pintar as-is, and we do our best to keep it running smoothly. That said, 21Kent isn't responsible for business decisions you make based on data from the app, data loss due to device damage or loss, or disruptions to the third-party services we rely on (Google Drive, AdMob, RevenueCat).
7. Service Updates
Rekap Pintar's features and appearance may change over time as we keep improving your experience. We'll always announce significant changes through app updates.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
