1. Introduction
Rekap Pintar ("the App") is a daily receipt and transaction logging app for sales staff and business owners in Indonesia, developed by 21Kent. Your receipt and customer data matters to your business — we've written this Privacy Policy to explain, as clearly as we can, what the App stores, how that data is used, and how you stay fully in control of it.
2. Information Collected
Rekap Pintar stores data that you enter yourself, manually: - Receipt/transaction data: receipt number, date, customer name, sale & cost amount, commission, notes - Sales staff names - App settings (theme, backup schedule, commission rounding) If you turn on Google Drive (it's optional, never required), your Google email address is stored locally on the device via SecureStore — not on our servers. This app displays ads (Google AdMob) and offers in-app purchases (RevenueCat); we explain exactly what data is involved under "Third Parties" below. We NEVER collect: location/GPS, your device's contacts, biometric data, or card payment information (that's handled entirely by Google Play, not by us).
3. How Data Is Used
Data you enter is used entirely within the app to: - Display receipt history, customer rankings, and reports - Generate image reports & CSV exports for your own business needs - Back up to your Google Drive, if you've turned that on All processing of your business data happens on your own device. Rekap Pintar has no server that processes or stores your receipt/transaction data — it genuinely stays in your hands. One thing we want to be upfront about: your receipt and transaction data is never used to target ads. The AdMob ads that appear run independently of your business data, and we never sell your data to anyone.
4. Third Parties
For a few specific functions, the App works with the following third-party services: Google AdMob — displays interstitial ads. AdMob may access your device's Advertising ID for ad serving & measurement, per Google's own privacy policy. Ads appear at most once every 5 minutes, and never appear at all once you've subscribed or purchased "Remove Ads". RevenueCat — manages premium subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat receives an anonymous App User ID and your purchase history. Payments are processed through Google Play Billing — neither we nor RevenueCat ever see or store your card details. Google OAuth / Google Drive API — used only if you turn on the Google Drive backup feature. Backup data lives in your own Google Drive account, not on 21Kent servers. We don't use any third-party analytics or crash-reporting service — error logs stay on the device, and are only sent if you choose to share them yourself.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your receipt/transaction data and settings are stored locally on your device in an SQLite database, protected by Android's built-in device encryption. Google Drive OAuth tokens (if you've enabled that) are stored in Android SecureStore, encrypted by Android Keystore. Rekap Pintar itself doesn't add any extra encryption layer beyond what the Android platform already provides.
6. Your Rights
This is your data, and you're fully in control of it: - Export data: share reports as an image or CSV file anytime from the Reports tab - Manual backup & restore: save all your data to a JSON file, or restore from one, via Settings > Backup & Restore - Delete all data: Settings > Reset All Data (requires explicit confirmation, so it never happens by accident) - Disconnect Google Drive: Settings > Google Drive - Restore purchases: Settings > Remove Ads > Restore Purchases - Manage/cancel subscription: Settings > Remove Ads > Manage Subscription, or directly via Google Play Store > Subscriptions - Uninstall the app: removes all local data permanently - Revoke Google access: myaccount.google.com > Security > Third-party apps Have a question or need help with your data? 7. Children's Data
Rekap Pintar is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page, and we'll announce any significant changes through app updates.
