1. About Rekap Cepat
Rekap Cepat is a daily sales-recording app built for small merchants and micro-businesses — just enter a product name, quantity, and price, and your daily or period recap is ready without any manual setup. No account, no login, no complicated steps. Because this app is used to record your business's day-to-day data, we want you to know exactly what's stored, where it goes, and how fully you can control it. This policy lays that out plainly.
2. Data We Store
The only data stored is what you type yourself: - Transaction data: product name, quantity, price, and date - Display preferences: theme (light/dark) and language We never ask for your name, phone number, email, or any personal identifier to use Rekap Cepat. This app does not collect location/GPS, device contacts, biometric data, or card payment information (that's handled directly by Google Play, never by us). There is also no cloud backup feature — everything simply stays on your phone. Rekap Cepat does display ads (AdMob) and offers a single lifetime remove-ads purchase (RevenueCat). The data involved in these two services is explained under "Third-Party Services" below.
3. How Your Data Is Used
The data you enter is used purely to run the app's functions for you: - Building daily and period (date range) transaction recaps that you choose - Generating reports as a photo or CSV file, ready for you to share or keep All of this happens on your phone. Rekap Cepat has no server that receives or processes anyone's transaction data — we literally cannot see your business data, because it is never sent anywhere.
4. Third-Party Services
Rekap Cepat uses two third-party services, and we want to be upfront about both: Google AdMob (ads). Your first 50 entries are entirely ad-free. After that, interstitial ads may appear, at most once every 5 minutes — and stop appearing altogether once you subscribe to or purchase "Remove Ads". To serve and measure these ads, AdMob may access your device's Advertising ID, per Google's own privacy policy. RevenueCat (remove-ads). This is the app's only transaction, and you can choose either a one-time lifetime payment or a monthly subscription you can cancel anytime. RevenueCat only receives an anonymous user ID and purchase/subscription history; the payment itself is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your card details. If you switch phones but keep the same Google Play account, your ad-free status restores automatically when you open the app. Beyond these two, no analytics, behavioral tracking, third-party crash reporting, or cloud backup services are used.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your transaction data and settings are stored locally on your phone in an SQLite database, protected by your Android device's built-in encryption. Rekap Cepat doesn't add its own encryption layer on top of that, and — this is the important part — never sends your transaction data to any server to be stored or processed there. What's on your phone, stays on your phone.
6. Your Rights Over This Data
Since all your data lives on your device, control over it is entirely in your hands: - Take it with you anytime: export reports as a photo or CSV file from the Details tab - Purchase restoration is automatic — nothing you need to do, as long as it's the same phone/Google Play account you purchased with - Want a clean slate? Settings > Reset All Data clears every stored transaction - Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all local data — so export anything you still need before you uninstall Questions or need help with your data?
